We want you to love what you’ve found! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a prompt credit or exchange. We only accept unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags.
Returning within 30 days: You will receive credit back on the initial credit card or account.
Returning after 30 days: You will receive a voucher via email so you can pick out a new favorite! A $10 order minimum is required to redeem this voucher, not including shipping charges and tax.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Clothing that has obviously been worn, washed or no longer has it’s original tags, perishables or intimate products that have sanitary concerns.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Calendars or other date specific products
- Containers that have their protective seals broken
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (which should be available within our records).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery are only eligible for exchange or credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale / Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/ Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Returns / Exchanges
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange form – click here to print a blank Return/Exchange form.
Indicate the items you want to return and the reason code.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, please also complete the section marked Exchanges by telling us which items you’d like in exchange. Note the style / SKU, size, descriptions, color and quantity.
We are pleased to remind you that as always, we send your exchanged items back to you free of shipping charges.

2. Pack your items and include the Return/Exchange form in your box.
3. Using the carrier of your choice, make sure to insure your package and ship it to:

For an exchange, once we receive your return items back to our warehouse, we will ship the exchange items ASAP. If you return items after 30 days, you will receive a voucher via email. A $10 order minimum is required to redeem this voucher, not including shipping charges and tax. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date you ship the package for us to receive and process your return. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable. We will email you once we have processed your package as well as when your exchange ships.
